Estimate the BC Hydro rebates you may qualify for, the system size that fits your bill, and roughly how much of your power you could offset — in four quick steps.

Every output is a transparent estimate, based on published BC Hydro rebate math ($1,000/kW for solar to a cap, $500/kWh for battery to a cap with Peak Saver). Real figures come from a site‑specific 3D CAD design.

    How the estimate is calculated

    • Solar rebate: $1,000 per kW installed, up to $5,000 residential (up to $10,000 for eligible businesses), capped at 50% of cost
    • Battery rebate: $500 per kWh, up to $5,000 residential with Peak Saver enrollment
    • Production assumption: roughly 1,000 kWh per kW per year in Metro Vancouver (deliberately conservative)
    • Offset assumption: ~90% with a battery, ~80% solar‑only, reflecting self‑consumption under RS 2289

Not a quote or a guarantee. Amounts are program maximums subject to eligibility, cost caps, and pre‑approval. See the Rebates & Laws guide and the Rate Schedule 2289 breakdown.
